One thing I can say for sure is that 4ga as a trunk line for 3 amps, with 8ga as the branch line, is not going to be sufficient. The only amp in your pool that I would consider feeding with 8ga is the old Bazooka 2 chnl, and thats the one amp I would love to leave out of the plan. It will possible require stepping up to 1/0 ga wire for the trunk line, with 4 ga branch lines feeding each amp. Your current distro block may have removable inserts that will allow it to accommodate 1/0 in and 4 ga out. We will also need to install an appropriately sized fuse for each amp, as well as a main circuit protection at the battery to protect the 1/0 trunk line running from the battery to the amp rack area.
In RE to 8" or 6.5". I have no experience with the Bazooka 8" speakers, so I can not comment as to how they sound and how they would compliment the 2 pair of 6.5" and 10". One thing I can say is that they will not void the 10" sub as it will still reach deeper lows the the 8" fill-range, but the pair of 8" speakers may make the subs overall contribution seem less dominant.
