2 Pro 485s to two Rev 10s

How did you get 1500W RMS? That is crazy power! Yeah, the Rev410 replaced the Pro485s. That is one thing that I am going to miss about my old tower. The two Pro485s sat about 5 feet directly above the head of the back seat passengers. I could turn it up, but it did blast anybody out in the back of the boat. I can see where the speakers now sit, the people in the back seat will need to be issued hearing plugs. (unless, of course, they are a teenager!) The other thing that I will miss is that due to the 485s being off-axis and the bend of my tower, you could hear the speakers clearly in the middle and on both sides of the boat.

I have a JL MHD750/1 on the left 2 Rev10's and a MHD750/1 on the right 2.

FYI, if anyone is interested, I'll have 4 JL MHD750/1, JL HD1200/1 and a JL M200/2 for sale soon. The WS Sinister amps are almost done

The 410s will definitely be louder, the 485s are only 8's.

I know they are different size speakers. I'm saying my 4 rev 10s are louder than 2 485s IMHO. That is all. I'm sure 2 rev 410s will be louder than 4 rev 10a.

Got it! My guess is that your 4 rev 10's will be louder near the boat, but that the 2 485s' will project the music out farther due to the huge horn loaded tweeter on the 485. But I don't know, I haven't heard 4 Rev 10s in person yet. You will need to track down the new owner of my boat and have a sound competition!

I haven't seen it yet either, only in pics, it is still in your neck of the woods! Hopefully, I can get everything worked out to pick it up before the Lake Meade Reunion. Bear Lake is awesome, I love that place
