Name This Memphis Sub

Anyone more familiar with Memphis might recognize which model 12" this is? its a 4 Ohm DVC and thats all I know. Its in an MDF box and I do not want to disturb it right now. Came in the boat when the current owner purchased this spring. Its a few years old, so we're pretty sure is a discontinued model.
