    SYN 2= 1 SUB OR 2?

I have one WS 10FA, and one WS XS-12 (both are dual 4ohm), and a SYN2 for power.
My question is how do i get the most bass out of the power that i have?

    1. one XS-12, 700rms
    2. buy another XS-12, and have 350rms to each sub.
    3. buy another 10FA, and have 350rms to each sub. (they will both be in a sealed box)

I tried running the 10FA (in a sealed box), and XS-12 (in a sealed box) off the SYN2, but the XS-12 did not sound very good, but the 10FA was rocking. After some reading thats normal= the smaller sub will out preform the larger sub.

Thanks in advance for any input!

You need one 2 Ohm DVC XS-12.This will net you 700w.

Sell the subs you have and do as chp is suggesting. But also put the XS12 in a ported box. We've had one a sealed and a ported and the ported sounds so much better and louder.

So i decided to go with the old style XS-XXX, cause i found a deal on old stock for $350. I hope that the SYN2 will have enough power? I saw Tim from WS post that 600rms would work on that sub. I will put it in the sealed box i already built for the XS-12 for now. I have plans for a local stereo guy to build a ported box next month, and fine tune the system for me.

A syn 2 will push it but not nearly to its full potential.

The XS-XXX sounds pretty good off the SYN2. Cant wait to get a ported box for it.

I am sure it will sound great in a ported box.
