Tuning Rev 8's and Syn 6

I am looking for some input on how to tune both amps - there a number of adjustments, gains, and buttons that seemed to get worse when I started playing with it.

Set-Up

Syn 6 - running all 6 cabins and free air sub (from the factory)

Exile Harpoon - running the Rev 8's

Clarion head unit

Any help would be appreciated!

The Syn-6 should have been tuned correctly by Wet Sounds before being shipped to Tige, so hopefully youve not disturbed it.

On the Harpoon:

Cross-over set to "Hi-Pass" and the frequency to no lower then 100Hz. Test tones can come in handy here as not all control settings align with the numbers on the face of the amp.

If it has a Bass-Boost, turn it down, but it should actually be defeated when in hi-pass mode.

Thanks Chp - I only played with sub out put on the Syn-6 before I realized there was a bass knob under the steering column.

Do you remember what dials/switches you tinkered with? If not, ill lay out all the chnl 5/6 setting and where I would set them.

I wish Tige would mount that sub level controller where it is seen. I wonder how many others do not know its there hidden under the helm.
