Im worried.....system noise

Hi all first time poster about a year long "Forum stalker"
We picked up a 2000 21i all stock about a year ago...we had a great summer last year.
so I decided to do a few upgrades to the boat during our long mn winter
First was a tower and then a stereo system over haul
After much researching because i am clueless when it comes to speakers and amps I have hit a major road block...
speaker fuzz/hiss

Our system:
Original:
HU JVC and remote on my driver one set of rca R and L outputs
New:
2 JL component 7.7 inboats
2 JL coaxal 7.7 inboats
1 M10W5 in 1.0cuft sealed box under driverside
1 M700/5: Marine 5 Ch. for inboats and sub
2 Wetsounds Rev 8s on tower
1 JL MHD600/4: Marine 4 Ch. for rev 8s
420 wetsounds EQ
3 Deep cycle batts 2 system 1 for rest of boat
1 blue sea add a battery switch and acr

I ended up running 2 sets of 4 gauge wired from batt 2 on switch to 2 manual attwood breakers to amps separately
ran power/ground for Hu and 420 power + and - on first amp
ran Hu rem wire to a switch on dash reran pos and ground back to same batt as the amps.

then ran 420 rem to amps

Just curious if anyone has any input on the system... on how amps should be set up and tuned
I thought i got the just of things but still very uncertain on the project as a whole
any imput will help greatly sorry for all the missspelling
dont be afraid to tell me that i am clueless and am way off on this system

take a look and follow the set up guide step by step. This should give you a good start. Once you have re tuned the entire system, let us know how it is and then we can see where it stands

i will repeat it step by step
After that is complete how do i adjust the sound level while boating on the system on the hu or eq?

Just to make sure i have the pair of rev 8s wired correct if you are familiar with this jl amp i knowu r thinking it should be a wetsounds amp
rca l and r to front channel
speakers wired to front and bridged
general setup
Input mode : 2channel?
front channel:
input voltage high?
filter slope 12 or 24?
Filter mode hp?
gain is the same as input sens

Got a chance to go through the set up guide last night
it did not help.....it is still very much there
i then turned the eq and hu all the way down and pulled all rcas from amps and there is still noise
any ideas where to go from here?
