How to control sound on diff speakers?

I liked my ws420 from my last boat.....besides a ws420 what's the best way to adjust / have control of vol on the tower speakers and in boat speakers independently?

On my last boat, I could set turn on vol and then always control vol with the ws420.

It seems cumbersome to have to open the glove box and play with the clarion unit...as I don't think the touch screen has any fade built in....

Unfortunately, Fade and zone control seems to NOT be an important feature to most all of the head-unit manfs. Alpine has zone control, but not through the remotes, only through the head-unit itself.

Here are a couple Kicker ZXM-RLC installs.

That looks like what I want! SO how do you install these in the system?

I have the tower of power rev 8s and the sub.

I just think with the tower and in boats, we should be able to control volume to both independently, sometimes I dont want to blare the in boat speakers and only the tower for the kids when they tube....

Side note....I have a remote for the clarion unit...which is cool, but whats the purpose of a remote if you have to be pointing it right at the head unit?

It would be nice to operate it from the beach....

Did you try the fade on the head unit, I thought there was a way I did it last year with the stock system?

Yes, but you have to control it from the clarion unit. I think you would want to control the vol for each zone from the helm?

I'm No engineer or sound guy at all but:

Why wouldn't or couldn't Tige integrate a fader or EQ into Tige Touch?

Ford has had it for years in their Sync and previous touch screens. I imagine GM and Mopar have it also. It would just require another control module, chip or something like that I would think. It just seems that touch screens are nothing new and that would not be to difficult to engineer in
