KM6500.2 Install

So I finally installed my new tower speakers I got from Mike. Also started installation on the zone controller but needed to take a break from that after removing all the black tape used to on the wiring harness so I could get to the RCA cables. I guess quick ties were not popular with Tige in 2007. Here are a couple of pics of the new tower speakers...Mike thanks again for answering all the questions I had...

Looking good! I want to get a zone controller but that might have to wait till next year.

Nice job on install the towers. I have these speakers except in the 6 pack confirg. You'll really like them. The black pods really look sharp. The dual zone control is absolutely awesome. I use it all the time. Super conveinant and quick and easy to turn volume up/down.

P.S. If you do something similiar use the carpet that you remove from where the sub is. It will match perfect

Heres a FYI on where I installed it.

I like how you installed the controllers. I was going to mount them under the helm but I believe I will reconsider. How did you run the data cables for the remote controllers over to the helm. From where you mounted them I am guessing down into the bilge following the steering cable. Did you have to remove the floor panel?
