What is the trick?
Four screws out, grille removed.
Four additional screws out, ready to pull the speaker...
It is in tight and prying with a flat screwdriver is just damaging the plastic housing.
What is the best way to remove the speaker from the housing??

Get ready to catch it with one hand and with the other after all screws are removed take the palm of your hand and hit the housing it will pop loose.

Lay a folded towel or something to cushion the driver. Tip it up on its edge, and pop it with your palm around the housing and the driver will walk its way out.
