I just mounted 4 rev 10s but haven't wired the amps. Wondering how loud they will be.

I guessing its going to be loud and clear depending on what yourr powering them with"Failing to prepare is preparing to fail" John Wooden- Rest in Peace

Well, I can say they can be loud as you can really pour the coals to them. What is you amp(s) setup going to be? Power and tuning will have an effect on output and volume.Mikes Liquid Audio: Knowledge Experience Customer Service you can trust-KICKER WetSounds ACME props FlyHigh Custom Ballast Clarion LiquidLumens LEDs Roswell Wave Deflector And More

Hers what Im thinking and it might change. 1 syn 4 to 2 rev 10s bridge. 4 xs650 (inside boat speakers) ran off channels 1-4 of the syn 6. channels 5 and 6 to the other set of rev 10s and the syn 1 for xxx. Trying to sell the syn 6 to buy 2 syn 4s. if i do that. then a syn 4 per set of rev 10s. syn 4 for inside boat and syn 1 xxx. I already had the syn 6 and it wasn't cheap so I trying to use it but would rather go the syn 4 route.Last edited by jzts0214; 01-25-2012, 03:56 AM.

Certainly 155 watts per each REV10 is under-performing.
Another Syn4 to the tower would be perfect, not to mention balanced . You can bridge the Syn6 into four channels with 155 X 2 plus 105 X 2 to the four in-boat coaxials. And if you ever added a third pair of in-boat coaxials, which would be really nice, you would have an extra 150 watts per speaker available in waiting. The Syn6 is regulated on the power supply side so it is a beast. So if it is cheaper to keep it than replace it, you know you have options.
