I purchased thousands of dollars of defective equipment from Exile Audio. I have been in Contact with Brian at Exile. I returned the defective product over 6 months ago. I still have not Received a refund. Has anyone here had a similar situation with this company. I would be more than happy to forward you the emails we've exchanged over the last several months. This Brian guy seems totally surprised every time we talk. It's getting very old at this point. He seems to be very good at lying and putting you off. I don't know what the situation is there, but I assure you it's not a good one.

John - looks like we dropped the ball on this. Yes, we'll reimburse you for
the cost. No worries. If for some reason they havent left yet. You can use
fedex # xxxxxxx to ship back. Things are very busy here. Sorry you had a
bad experience. Really. I'll update you when I see the gear arrive.

Brian,
After several attempts to get a response from you, I've decided to ship
these defective items back on my "dime". I have the removed 8 defective
drivers from the new enclosures and installed them into the faded
enclosures. There are 4 pair of these XM7's coming back. Also I'm sending
the 5th pair back due to defective drivers as well. I sold one pair of the
XM9 towers and since, have had to replace both towers due to defective
clamps which were shorting out to the tower and shocking my customers when
they stood in the water and touched the tower. So in all, I have 5 pair of
XM7 speakers and 1 pair of XM9's coming back to you, leaving today. I would
really appreciate a refund on the products when you receive them as well as
reimbursement on the freight charges which I will send you later. This has
been a less than professional experience to say the very least. I wish you
luck in the future and can only imagine the chaos your are surrounded by
with such inferior product.
Thanks,
John Blank
