    Head unit questions

So its time to replace my old broken head unit and head some questions about what I should look for.

I found a Pyle marine head unit that doesnt come with a cd slot but instead it has an sd card slot, a usb port for flash drives, and lastly an aux port all located on the front of the faceplate. I like this setup over a cd because cds tend to skip alot when driving.
This pyle head unit has 2 rca plugs....i was told its better to have 3 (1 for interior speakers, 1 for tower speakers, and 1 for the sub)
I guess a main question I have is if I buy the pyle head unit I explained with the 2 rca plugs...can I still set up my boat to have a seperate amp for my interior speakers, tower speakers and sub? And if so how would I go about hooking it up?
My boat only came with 2 rear speakers but ive installed 4 more up front and have a 15 in sub for the pound.

If any stereo gurus out there have some advice for me or some imput I would greatly appreciate it.

When you say 2 plugs, do you mean 2 chnls i.e 1 left and 1 right, or 2 chnls....ft/lt, ft/rt, rr/lt, rr/rt? Basically, two pairs?

If so, this will work fine. Front pair split to the cabin and sub amp and rear to the tower amp.
