    Kicker ZXM Amp

Does anyone have any experience with the zxm 350.4? I am trying to add a bass control knob, but the only way to use the kicker brand is through a telephone type connection built into the amp. While the kicker bass knob says it's fits Zxm Amps there is not any way I see to hook it up. Thoughts or other suggestions? I would like to mount a control knob under the driver helm..

I'm sure Phil or Chpthrl will be along to help you out.

WHat are you driving. The ZXM350.4 does not interface with the remote bass knob.

To do what you want to do, you will need an RCA line level controller on the half of the amp you want to control.

Is the SX-10FA a D2 or D4 configuration? You will need the D2 (dual 2 ohm) in order to be able to bridge it on the zxm350.5 amp.

The zxm350.4 will only deliver 175 watts rms x 2. Thats about 50% of what I would like to see for the xs-10FA. I would use the zxm-350.4 for your pair of Samson 7's and run it in 2 chnl mode. Then get a mono chnl amp just for the sub. Or get a 5 or 6 chnl hybrid for the 4 in-boats and sub, or get another 4 chnl that will deliver enough power for the 4 in-boats and sub.
