Cannot mount AMPs where I expected?

For anyone with a 2009 22Ve, I was all set to mount my amps underneath the passenger storage area on the inside wall of the bow walkthrough, HOWEVER, despite what was previously expected, Tige did NOT "glass in" any reinforcement to the inside wall so you have something to screw the amp mounts into. This also gets tricky because this model has the pull out garbage can taking up space on that wall, as well as the air intake hose running along that wall. So not only is space tight, but I estimate only 1/4" of fiberglass to screw into..

ALSO, they did not reinforce or "glass in" extra material on the outside hull under that storage area, so I cannot mount there either!

Any suggestions please? Anyone with this exact model/year care to chime in where their amps are mounted?

I am currently building and installing my amp rack in my 22Ve against the hull wall. The rack will be cut out of birch and covered in resin and carpet. At the suggestion of Chpthril I am using trex decking epoxied to the hull to screw the amp rack to.

what kind of epoxy are you using to fix the trex to the hull?

How are you holding it in place while the epoxy dries?
      Waiting for another good one!

I use Loctite PL Polyurethane Construction Adhesive.

Holding the piece in place is the fun part

I am actually doing it this afternoon. I bought some loctite epoxy and was going to screw the blocks to the amp rack set the epoxy and put a brace against the walkway wall. Once dry I will un-screw the board, carpet and mount the amps.

I have the 22Ve with two amps mounted on the inside wall of the bow walkthrough, never had any problems.
