It's Official.....MLA Has a New Home!

I did it! Signed a lease this AM on a 1500 sqft shop. It's roughly 20' x 56' inside, not including the restroom and an area at the back that would be perfect for workbenches and toolboxes. It has a 12'x12' roll-up door as well as a glassed in "storefront" with ped. door. Climate controlled with good lighting and plenty of electrical outlets. I didn't get the outside unit that I wanted, but got the one next to it, so it will still work great as it has not designated parking in front of the bay door like the other units do. This gives me plenty of room to back in and pull out boats. Room enough inside for 2 boats + space for display
