I have a 2009 22Ve and want to add the transom remote from Clarion. Is the cable already routed back there? if not, how hard is it to route the cable back to the transom? where do i get this cable from? how does it connect and interface with the already existing head unit and drivers remote? most importantly, how hard is it to locate and cut the circle to mount this thing? does it screw into the fiberglass somehow?

My cable was tied up just above the battery! So yours is likely to be there also. I just popped a hole in mine and plugged it in!
I did have to buy the " y " adapter and plug it in behind the radio -
how did you know exactly where to cut the hole? or does it even need to be exact? i am just thinking for structural reasons and so i dont drill into somethign else important?Comment
