Volume levcles

Hi all. First off, I am a novice here, so please bear with me. I have 2020 R21 with the factory audio system (single amp, basic speakers, subwoofer and (2) Wetsounds 8" tower speakers. The factory setting have the zones split between bow and aft. In order for a surfer to be able to hear the audio, I have to turn the volume all the way up and the gain up which makes it extremely loud in the boat. Has any switched the speaker wiring such to separate the tower speakers to its own zone and the "in-boat" (aft and bow) as the other zone? I am thinking this way, I could turn the tower speakers up without blasting the "inboat" speakers. If I am looking at this wrong, please feel free to clarify or make suggestions. Thanks in advance!

How many zones are available on the screen and how are they labeled?

Ive never seen a Tige with 6 cabin speakers, woofer and tower speakers and only one amp. Do you have the build sheet for the boat? Sounds like there male have been some additions done post-build by the dealer or a previous owner if you are not that person.
