2017 RZX3 Sub stopped working

Hey, just looking for advice on how to potentially fix this.
MY sub stopped working on my 2017 RZX3 but everything else works fine. I checked the sound controls on the screen and nothing seems off.

Any idea what this could be? I will be removing the sub later to check wiring in the back, but have a feeling that is not the issue.

If you have a hand held volt/ohm meter, you can remove one woofer lead plug and ohm the entire circuit. Should be close to 4.0 ohm give or take a few tenths of an ohm. If its an open circuit you know something is disconnected. If its real high or near 0, then the coil is likely burned.

Swap the RCA over from channels 3/4 to 5/6.

Just looking at it now. Seems to be power going through fine.
input is in channel 1/2

An OEM setup would have 4-zone volume control and the woofer zone would have its one pair of RCA cables plugged into chnls 5/6 of the Wet Sounds Syn-DX6-DSP. Anything aftermarket, we'd need to know the exact details in order to offer any assistance.

I tried a few things and finally got it working. not sure which one of the things made it work but it's good so far.
