    Stereo noise

All the speakers in my 2021 23ZX have a constant hum and more importantly a high pitched squeal which is very annoying. The volume level even at zero does not affect that. The original amps were replaced under warranty with reconditioned amps and the problem is still there. Wet Sounds is now sending brand new in the box amps to replace the existing amps. I'm not optimistic that this will help. Anyone have any issues such as mine? Assuming the new amps don't fix the squealing, what would be the next thing to check? Could there be a grounding issue or a speaker wire issue?

I would have doubted it was amps, if you had posted this in the beginning, prior to the first amps being replaced. It would be odd for 2 amps on the same boat, at the same time and both different models, to exhibit the same issue.

Make note of the RCA connections at both amps. With the system off, disconnect all the RCAs from the amps. Power the system up. If the noise is gone, its not the amp(s).

If the noise is gone, repeat off and on steps above, and connect one pair of RCA back in. Listen for noise. Keep repeating by adding one pair back to the amp(s) at a time.

If the noise is coming in from upstream, you will likely hear the noise more and more as you reconnect the RCA.

Now, find the media unit under the helm. Repeat off/on and unplug as before. If the noise goes away with the RCA disconnected, then the noise is being generated by the media unit. If the noise is still there with the RCA disconnected from the media unit, then the noise is entering into the signal path, somewhere along the routing of the RCA.
