    Replacement for Syn 6?

I've had issues with my left channel the last few years where I'm getting no sound out of the speaker. Both last year and the year before it worked once and not the rest of the season. All wires are connected at the back of the speaker, amp and WS420. Tried moving RCA's around and no change so I'm assuming it's the amp itself? Not the most inclined on audio.
I was thinking of replacing the current (2009) Syn6 with the WS HTX-6. Wasn't sure if I should consider anything from Kicker, JL etc? I have the older XS-650's.

My plan is to finally rewire the second set of in-boats to have their own home runs and be on separate channels as well. Tower speakers have a dedicated amp and so do my subs.

So it sounds like the woofer(s) has its own amp and no longer is driven off the Syn-6 as it would have been from the factory. There are 4 chnl amps that would give you the ideal wattage for the in-boats and not require rewiring anything. The Syn-DX4, Kicker KXMA8004 and Fusion Sig Series 4 chnl would deliver the same as the HTX-6, but not require a rewire.

      Thanks Mike,
I've been thinking about this some more so wanted to run this by you. Currently my pair of Rev 10's are running off a PPI 900.4 bridged. I'm thinking I'd be better off to put my inboats to the PPI and put the Rev 10's on to a better amp? Would your recommendation still be any of the above amps or look at something entirely different? TIA.

The three 4 chnls I listed would be perfect for a single pair of Rev-10 and would deliver similar wattage as the p900.4.
