I have found locally what I believe to be a good deal on one of these amplifiers. It is factory set so I understand it can not to be tuned unless WetSounds tunes it themselves.

Is there any use purchasing this or am I just wasting my money?

Normally, used gear is going for about 60% of regular retail. Subtract 30-40 % more for being an OEM DSP that can only be used if you mimic the OEM setup, and thats where id want to be price wise.

Hey Mike, do you know if there is any adjustability on these DSP amps from the board itself? Any pots, pins or switches for LP, HP or gains? I’d like to crack one open and check it out.
