I would agree with Chp, IF you're content with a super-nice, but not wild system. It will sound awesome, it just won't ROCK the lake like maxxing the wattage of the speakers will.

At "only" 700 watts to the XXX, you will be leaving a lot of potential on the table with that speaker. If you can afford it, I would get a SYN1 for the XXX. Obviously, I have no idea on your $$$ situation....
Also, the inboats can handle much more than 60 watts. IF you're looking to really rock. Depends on what you want out of the system.
Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Z1, the SYN-2 mono will do 700x1 at 4 ohms. This is solid power on the XXX if you build the slot loaded enclosure. The slot loaded enclosures offer more output and you can get away with a bit less power. In the sealed, the XXX needs more power. Which would be the SYN-1. So Jason is correct, with the SYN-2 it will pound and sound great. With the SYN-1, it is going to be just more in terms of raw power.

But if your budget does not allow. The SYN-2 on the XXX wired in series so a 4 ohm load for 700x1 is going to be very nice

Check out XS Power for the batts. www.4xspower.com

            thanx tim for the advice,

the Z1 has a small storage area under the helm , i'am going to cut a square hole in the wall.......there's just no other way to get a box in there , i found a box made by atrend (slot ported) the dims are 14w 16h and 18 deep , you think this will be ok! that's the best i think i can do!

Whats the box made of? If it's marketed as "car audio", it's probably carpeted MDF and will fall apart in a season. Your best bet is to make a custom enclosure and coat it with resin.
