Ws420bt fuse blowing

Looking for some advice. Just took boat out of winter indoor storage today. Hooked up good fully charged batteries. Everything else works but the wetsounds 420bt. When ignition switched turned to on or aux position it will power up momentarily and blow the inline 2 amp fuse.

420bt was installed new last summer so it is not very old (3 months use) are these units known to fail? Boat went into storage fully operational.

power for the 420bt and remote wire is tied into the syn 2 amplifier.

First, make sure the 420's ground has 0V and the B+ and turn-on have battery voltage.

If so, then disconnect all the inputs and outputs, leaving the power harness as the only thing connected. Install a new fuse and turn the system on. if the fuse blows at this point, its an internal issue. Contact your retailer/installer
