I have been looking at alot of double can tower speakers on ebay. Alot of them are filled with kicker ds600 and ks600 speakers. Are these marine speakers or car speakers. if i look them up it says they are car speaker????? will they last in the weather???

All of Kicker's products are quality, the differences is in power handling and whether is't marine or not.
Neither the DS or KS lines are Marine, but they are great speakers none the less. They will last a while out in the elements, but not as long as a marine speakers.
If you cant find any loaded with the Kicker KM line, then buy some unloaded cans and get some KM's to go in them. If you go with a typical cone style driver, then look to through 100 watts RMS plus to each in order to hear them while riding
