I don't know if this is normal or not: Whenever I hit a hard wave, the stereo head resets itself. It is as if it loses power to the head unit. Is this normal, if not any ideas? All the connections are tight.

With the stereo on, start wiggling wires and gently tugging on wires in hopes of duplicating the problem.
