signature Pic

I can’t get my signature pic to show up on the site. What am I doing wrong// It’s the right size and is showing the pic when I edit my signature but when I post just the words are showing not the pic.

In the userCP under options, there is a section for display options. It has 3 check boxes, show avatar, show signature and something else. be sure that is checked.

nm I see your question now. How are you trying to get the image into the signature? Are you using the "[IMG][/IMG]" tags in the sig block, or they "upload" signature feature?

Signatures box is checked that is why my signature is showing but the pic I put with it is not showing.

It’s showing that it uploaded to appear but it won't come up on the site

Signature Permissions
Allow BB Code No
Allow HTML NoAllow Smilies No
Can Upload Images for Signature No
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No

So it looks like images in the sigs are turned off. Probably a good policy, as some people get carried away with them.

Pictures and HTML code are disabled for the signatures for many reasons but the most important one being security. You can post text and text formatting and that's it for the signature field.

I updated the forums again this morning and the signature option had not been configured yet. I just set the permissions for it.
