If you don't have a large mafia, I think that you have to fortify yourself even more. That is why I kept getting snuffed.

It is the same as when you go to fight somebody...if they have a small mafia, check their stats, they may have won more fights than they lost and that is probably because their attack & defense is high

I did make the mistake (I think it was a mistake) early on focusing on money... so I would do jobs that I'd all ready completed rather than spending energy on completing other jobs

"Steal a Tanker Truck" Job on the bottom of Soldier level. It is loot that can be found.

How did you attain the Master Soldier level? I have been through all the jobs twice and it is like it is stuck there. I have taken out the boss once. But, I can't find how to get past that. I've even begun jobs at the Enforcer level.

Yeah, but all jobs are stuck at Level 2 Mastered and will not start over for level 3. That is what I can't figure out. I even took out the Boss twice to make sure it wasn't that.

I got rid of all my properties and loaded up on bare land until they fix this issue....

I think the point of it is that you have to be able to defend the empire that you build.

I've been a robbing fool...it is easy to keep searching the Robbing list to find some to pillage...often, I end up getting whacked for it but in the meantime, I have put together considerable wealth and will continue to.

I have no developed property bigger than a couple Valu-marts. The rest is far too risky for me to defend because there are so many people that are in the 100+ level that can just pillage you in a matter of seconds.

The issue as I see it is any schmuck that is part of a large family can rob you blind even it they are puny compared to you.
