Well.....someday someone needs to tell me how this happens. My wife just informed me that we are going to be welcoming the newest member of the Sparky Clan in April. The upside is that I am officially qualified to live in Utah now. I believe that the requirement is a three child minimum, but perhaps a resident could chime in. So anyway, we are now a family of 5.....good thing I got that 24Ve.........
