I'd bet you are wrong. I'll give you an example. My buddy is a construction foreman and was in New Orleans for about 8 months after Katrina hit. He had signs and went to various places everywhere trying to find people to work for him for $25 per hour no experience necessary as a laborer and cash paid daily if need be, he needed help that bad. He was told on more than 1 occasion that they were above that kind of work even for good money. He wound up hiring illegals day-to-day so he could get his job done. Before Katrina, he wouldn't even talk to an illegal immigrant about a job on his sites.

Not that I can see. From what I can tell, the majority of us on this forum are probably hard workers and if times were tough, would be willing to bust our butts to do ANY job. Unfortunately there are a lot of people out there that have some pipe dream of a job in their head that they want but aren't willing to work to get there.

I really don't care much for Barrack I don't really know anything about him other than he can give a damn good speech, but I do like Joe Biden. McCain is a very noble person and I have a ton of respect for him. This muslim/Obama/Osama crap pisses me off as much as the John McCain has 10 houses............WTF......who cares, its a NON ISSUE PEOPLE!!!!! There are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo o many other things to be concerned about.

It was unfortunate that Ron Paul did not get the support he needed. He got a lot, but it wasn't quite enough. That being said, I really feel like quitting, the country is going to hell, everyday there is more and more travesty. Everyday people become more and more sensitive toward every little "cotton pickin" thing. Even that statement will offend someone. We (as a whole) need to toughen up. Sorry, I'm getting off topic a little. I am a registered Republican, that is not saying much. Both parties need a good douching or something. The solution is for nobody to vote. That won't happen. The two parties have it so f 'ed up that no other party stands a chance. I came to the realization that I must vote. If anything, to help keep the lesser evil in power. I don't care if Obama Osama Muhammed Hussein Barrack whatever says he is a Christian........he's not. He is a HUGE puppet on the end of a string. (I understand that McCain is a puppet too) He also is a Muslim. Period. I will never vote for some rag head sand critter for the Presidency of these United States. Some of you may not agree, some may not want to discuss it, however, I believe some of you agree. Not to mention support of welfare, gun control and everybody deserves health care. What a bunch of B.S. I am a firm believer in less government. We cannot eliminate it completely, but do we really need the government to tell us when to wipe our A$$. (Sarcasm, if you could not tell) This is a capitalist country. If you want something, go WORK for it, I have and so have all of you. I can't stand paying for other people's sh1t. If he gets elected taxes will go up, guaranteed, you think you'll benefit from it, I know I won't. Anyway, I am going to vote for McCain if for anything to try to keep the towel head out.
Call me a bigot or just a pissed off American. That is some of my opinion if anybody wants to debate. Also, for those of you who don't think this discussion belongs on this site, Don't read this thread. But if you made it this far, you must be interested somewhat.

You really feel like quitting what? The country? If that's the case you might want to try living in another Country for a couple of years. In spite of the problems that we have nowadays, this is still, by far and away, the greatest Country to live in. The freedoms that we have are unsurpassed and even though you don't like Obama or McCain. Either of them will be better than what a lot of other countries are stuck with, i.e. Venelzuela, Bolivia, Etc. One of the benefits of living here is the ability to "go off" as you did in your previous post and not having someone "hunt you down" and censure you for expressing your opinion. Sometimes you have to have the bad to appreciate the good. So if you haven't lived in a foreign country, try it, maybe for the four years that either one of these guys are President and then come back and tell us how you feel.
