me either... but I thought his claim was that his kit still made more power which wouldn't be possible with less gas.

          Will see how he replies...

              Yeah, we will see...

I doubt the validity of it still, regardless what Andrew has to say.. we inject liquid gasoline, making it a vapor. There is a compactness and density of the liquid gasoline that makes it so handy. I just do not see how you can generate enough hydrogen which comes out in gaseous form at the get-go to replace and compensate for the gasoline liquid / vapor.

We measure a motor by roughly its volume displacement in its cylinders. The motor moves that much gaseous volume for every rotation. Idle the motor at oh, what 800 RPM, and you move 800 times the motors displacement's volume every minute. For a 350 cu. in. motor, that is about 162 cubic feet of gaseous volume moved every minute. How much hydrogen do these things produce over time? How much water do you need?

you have to half that 162 cubic feet becasue it only draws in air every other rotation. Plus the cylinders don't fill up very much at idle anyway because the engine isn't moving fast enough. I don't really want to get into fill volumes, but engines don't draw in as much air as their displacement. It takes one hell of a blower with long runners to get it up to 100%

Thanks for the explanation. Was wondering what happened especially as there was no word in the thread as to why it was locked.
