I love my macs, if you have any questions definitely shoot me a pm or post it in off topic, there are several other mac users here that can help. Good luck to your son, where is he going? A cool add on is the airport express, yes I know the risks of anything wireless, but I like it because you can stream music from i-tunes to the airport and plug it into just about any stereo with an aux in. I also like the airport express to act as a print server. If you buy him a usb printer, or already have one, then it can plug right into there and you can print without connecting a cord. Also, if you did not already get microsoft office for mac, let me know, I have a hook-up I would be glad to share...you'll have to pm me for the hook-up details though

Only stickers on *my* car are the Tigé logo and my Alameda County Paramedic emblem. Gotten me outta lotsa tickets so far.

The paramedic sticker, not the Tigé sticker. Got pulled over by a local yokel who was a Sanger owner. Said he'd love to give me a ticket just for ownin' a Tigé, but he might need me to take care of his @ss someday, so he let me off with a warning:

"Trade in the Tigé and get a Sanger."

Um...I'll take the ticket, please.

You will be finding out new little features that mac has that you think are amazing for about a month or two. Hot corners and spaces two of the best things about mac. That and Dashboard.
