Been almost a year since i was here last. Still see some names that look familiar. Got busy this last year with working 7 days a week and restoring a 1975 Hallett Barron Sprint. Finished the boat in April, took it to needles for a week and blew the motor the last nite of the trip
. Turned out to be a oilfilter failure, the damned thing imploded restricting oil to the crank.
$2k and 3 weeks of thrashing and i got it up to Bass Lake for the classic v-drive show.
Other than that it's been relativley quiet for my family and I. Our son Dylan just turned 4, we got a new puppy "Kenai" and i'm still paying less than $1 a gallon for gas in my Honda Civic GX. (CNG) 43,697 miles in 13 months of ownership. The suv and the Z06 only come out of the barn for special occasions.
I'll post some pics later. Gotta get going. Brenda and I are celibrating our 10year wedding ann. today
