Any Classic Mustang owners (66)? Restoration help

Im buying a 1966 Mustang Coupe off a friend for 1400$ . Does have some rust but is in good condition. Interrior is in one peice but will probably need some quarterpanels replaced. Just wondering. When I replace the quarter panel, I heard there is a certain cutter I need to buy that puts like a crease into the cut and makes it flush. Just wondering where and what it is. Also I need a good parts place. So far the best place ive found is National parts depot.

Any help appriciated. Im going today to get tons of pictures and test drive so be up to date.

Congratulations on your new ride. I built a 68. I used a local salvage yard that specialized in Mustang Parts called California Mustangs. I tried a search for the same place and found they are still there, but don't have a website. In doing the search I found a different place that might be helpful. Good luck and as you know ... pics, pics and more pics.

My dad and I (mostly my dad) built a 66 for my sister years ago. Larry's Tbird and Mustang is another good source for restoration parts www.larrystbird.com
