          Ok.
          On your email there should be a button for URL or Hyperlink. click it, enter the URL in the appropriate box and the title in the other.

            What zad did works in this forum, but not in your email. It depends on your email client. The proper way, but don't know if this will work in your client, would be

              On this site you hit the globe, It gives you the URL box you put the site there and then click ok. once inserted, the part thats highlighted is the title portion, change that.

              That is for this site, emails and other sites are usually different

                I'm still working on it

                I use lotus notes at work and its a PITA

                  In Notes you have to enable HTML email. I'm on the other crappy Email program GroupWise, I wish I could be more help.
