How to set up a blackberry 8830 to work with Lotus Notes.

At work we use lotus notes but no one can access their work email from their blackberry 8830. I know there is a way to do it but I'm not good enough to figure it out. I guess the problem is, they are getting email from lotus notes on their blackberry but when they reply it's coming from their blackberry email, we need it to show up as if they were sending it from lotus notes. I know it's possible just don't know how to set it up.

So I assume your BB servers are managed by your company IT dept ? If they manage the BB server then your mail is really being sent via that server. Is the issue your getting a "sent from my Blackberry handheld" signature on all your mails vs your standard notes signature ?
