    There a couple of things...

    1. If you have web sharing turned on, then your computer is already acting like a webserver, and so you have to tell RB to use a different port then 80. I did this, my rb listens on 8888, so I have to put in my iphone the ipaddress:8888.

    2. Your iphone has to be connected to your local network, and the only way to do this is through wifi. So you have to have wifi in your location, and the iphone has to be on the wifi network. This is because if it is on your local network, then it can see your mac. I am assuming you have cable or dsl, and so therefore behind a NAT network. If you are using EDGE, or the normal ATT internet connection, you iphone is trying to connect to your imac through the cell tower it is on. This IS possible, however, you would have to go into the admin of your router, and tell the router that port 8888 (assuming you have rb listening on 8888) should be forwarded to the ip address of your imac. This makes it more complicated, and also, you have exposed full control of your imac through rb to the outside world, so you better use a good password.

The easiest way to get this done is to use a wifi connection in your house, from the iphone.

How do you change the ipaddress on the iPhone?
It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.

You can only do that, if you are on wifi.

          Apple TV and DVDs

For those of you with a large DVD library....

Handrake is working on a new version, out soon. I have been testing the development version and it works great. The key features in this new upgrade is better quality for your ATV, and also, if your DVD has a DD 5.1 track, HB will rip that DVD to a format that you can drag over to itunes and share with your apple tv. This new format will work in your itunes, or your apple tv, and will also play back DD 5.1 through your apple tv, without any hacks whatsoever.

I did that also and it still gave me the same message.

It works, you must have something configured improperly. Check the RB forums.
