Well, I sold my '06 Dodge Megacab a week ago. A 3500 SRW just wasn't big enough for me. So I bought this one. I don't think I'll run into weight limit issues now.
2005 F550, it is the only one in the weight class that isn't huge or brand new. The Chevy is massive in a class 5 and the Dodge/Sterling just got released.
Nice rig. I was thinking about doing something along those lines also. However, the duely's were a little more than I wanted but again, you shouldn't have a problem pulling now.
Well, as far as a camper..... I am having a 53' enclosed trailer with 24' living quarters and 29' shop to accomodate a mobile chassis dyno built. Course pulling the boat shouldn't be a problem either.
Freakin insurance is a bitch though. I hate insurance (well shopping for it).
da.bell- I just sold my SRW 3500 cheap. I should have posted it on here for you.

Thanks for the offer but since my SUV is paid for, I don't need another bill. My boat bill is bad enough (beer, beer, more beer)
Huh, Dully or even 1 ton tires are mundo expensive, We put tires on our dully and it was pushing $180 per tire, not mounted or balanced...talk about nuts
Nice rig, I want a shot of the trailer in action at the track, sounds pretty cool.
Tires...I loved buying tires every 10,000 miles for my wifes BMW M3, rears were about $230 each and fronts about $200 each. I miss that car though, super fun to drive hard. Just turn the wheel, bury the skinny pedal, and hold on!!!
10,000 miles.... ?????????? remind me not to ever buy a used car from you... lol
No worries, my wife seems to total them before we want to trade/sell them.
So far totals are mitsubishi montero, full-size, not sport. Audi A4. BMW M3. None of them have been her fault, but I really hope that the third was the last, I really liked the M3.
