That appears to be a great deal, too good to be true in fact, but when you add the cost of the lense and a card. The price isn't much different than what you can get it for at costco.

If you look at those places, they charge like 10x for accessories. Especially data cards. If you do find a great deal like that, and its reputable, just by the camera. By the lens, or the card from walmart or something. People google the best price for a camera, and buy it from there, then add a $200 card to the order, when you can get the same card from best buy for $30.

bestpricecameras, I know somebody that tried to order a camera body from them and when he told them that was all he wanted and nothing else. He was informed that they were back ordered 6-8 weeks. I usually order through Adorama. Their prices are lower than the local camera stores.
My cameras are Nikon D80, D200, love them both.

so is this cannon a good camara? I think I have used nikon's before. I'm taking a trip to the BVI's next may and want to have a nice camera to record the trip. Just trying to see how much I need to start saving.

You can look at all the pictures I have posted, all with this and either the 18-55 lens, which usually comes stock, and the 75-300mm zoom.

Yeah, I have the Rebel XT, not the XTi, I think the XTi is just later model, and more resolution.

Show us some of your pics, I would love to see them. Yes, I bought that lens at a Walmart, while at an INT comp. I couldn't believe the results. We take that camera everywhere with us.

These pics were also taken with my Rebel XT, not XTI as I mistakenly wrote in my last message. I took these jut after I ought the 75-300mm zoom.
