      We plan on more of a vacation that a pure boarding trip. We are not planning on going up there till next summer, june or july. If my knee and back are not better by then I will only be surfing anyways, and doesn't require glass. Thanks for your thoughts on better places to go.

        We stay right where that 4 is on the map. Its called Lakeview Resort. Its not really what you are looking for but they do have one huge unit, its not lakefront but it doesnt look bad. We also go down at the end of July. Weekends are pretty busy and weekdays are better but still rough. Holiday weekends are the worst. Early morning the only people out are fishermen and then waverunners follow. If its not windy you can get glass on the main channel.
