New House!

Finally moving into a house. Been in a mobile since the big 'D' and man what a difference! Only 4 miles from my favorite lake ramp. Full basement and everything.

And you know "You might be a redneck if you mow your yard and find a car" and I did! I found Mater.

The cool part is my property tax is $370 year and I get a $350 homestead tax credit. I love the country. No city tax bullcrap.

I paid less for this house and 2.7ac than a new RZ4.

What are you going to do with the tow truck? Looks like a 50's international, I'm interested if you are looking to rid yourself of Mater

Nice find... However, you need to put the boat into a shed or find it a cover. The local cats will piss in your boat and make the carpet smell like cat pee.... he he he

I do have a cover, I was letting it dry out for a day before I put it on. It's really humid here and it mildews pretty bad if I put it on wet. I don't have problems with cats , this is the country and I can fire my gun from the upper deck.

Yep, the house is 2800sqft. Mater is going to be a project eventually. I know the real Mater was a Chevy but it looks close enough and the kids can't tell.
