The New IPHONE

Steve just saved my wife a lot of money. ;-) She is VERY happy. She hates macworld. My mac pro is on the delivery truck as I speak.

What I don't get is this. How come you can buy songs and keep them, but not movies? is that like a movie star greed?

I mean I would so much rather buy a HD dvd or dvd and download it to a server that I can watch in any room of my house that's linked together, like using sling blade or apple tv. Does that make any sense? I'd quit buying dvd's from best buy and probably spend twice as much. It's bad enough now I always buy the new realeases.

MacBook Air. Here it comes, this is the big one.

Has option of 64 GB SSD, so its flash memory HD, super durable. Great for a laptop.

Looks like no "one more thing" this year. Man, new macbook air is cool, but I don't need one. I am going to go nuts for 2 weeks waiting for the apple tv update. I can't wait for that. Might as well cancel netflix. I can't believe they have all studios on board.

yeah looks nice indeed. macbookpro is still the way I'm going. I like the big 17in screen!

Well, I think the best feature to come from MacWorld was the Apple TV and HD integration. However, it would be interesting to find out if they are able to hack the Apple TV to get rid of the DRM issue. Then for $4 a movie in HD would be and have the ability to keep the movie.

Okay, maybe a dream but again, someone will do it. They always do.
