yeah the battery life is CRAP! and some people still can't get connected. If you buy two you can connect the second one for free, and not even pay a monthly fee gotta love the bugs

Also, it won't play music while surfing the net.

I hear the battery isn't changable either. If the battery dies on you, you need to buy a new phone. You have to love that!!!!!! NOT

BATTERY is changeable, you send it to apple, and then they send it back! ha ha ha!!

Ops, my bust. I thought they weren't changable but you still have to lose your phone for 4-6 weeks.

yeah unless they do the great service like they did on my aunts comp. Her battery went bad, and they overnighted one to her! Hows that for customer service?

Microsoft comes out with a phone in aug, check it out on msn.com. It will be interesting.

they are going for 800 bucks on ebay, and you can still buy them in stores!! Too funny!!

I was at my data center in palo alto, and none in those apple stores. I am home now, but in the mountains, I am planning to call att store in chico, see if they have one. But I don't live in the city.

i see. I was just referring to the papers saying there were one's around, had not checked as of yet.
