if you win a bid but dont want to buy what you have won, is there any any way of not buying it. do you have to purchase it or can you decline it somehow??

you can back out but they will post bad replies on you and some people might not let you bid in their auctions. but if you have a good reason id back out for sure just post your reason in your feedback so people understand why u did itComment

Fine print says you are entering into a contract when you place a bid. If you offer to reimburse the seller listing fees, they may let you out.

I am very skeptical of buyers and sellers with bad feedback as well.
I would see if they can work out a mutual withdrawal of some sort, or just buy it and relist it. It is definitely one way to find out if you paid too much
