had an issue with my Monster tower racks. This is like the third time I have had different issues with them, and i tell you what, their service is TOP RATE!! I email them each time and with in a day Tom replies back and sends the parts i need. I tell you what, other places should take their service strategy to heart!!

Thanks again Monster, and keep making an AWESOME product!!
