Who do you use for stock trades?

Who does everyone use for stock trading online(and why)? I have some money set aside, and I want to start looking into this. Mind you I'm thinking long term, nothing short term. I'm too new to all of this, and realize it's a gamble, but figure in the long run, with what I'm looking at buying it will pay off.

I have done some small trading online with etrade. They are convienient and inexpensive.

My mom's store got bought out by walgreens a few years ago, and since then she's just been playing the stock market. She's been using Ameritrade and seems to like it.

i use scottrade quick,easy give them a look.

My wife is a Sr audit officer at Raymond James, so we trade through them.
