I see like the off topic and bs smiles and all these other ones but I have no clue where to get them or how to use them.

how do I use them

When you post a message, they are over on the right of the text box. Put the curser where you want them and click on them and they will appear in your text

Use the "post reply" or "quote" not "quick reply" and over to the right of where you type your message, you should see all the smiley pics. They are links, just click on one and it will put the code into the text but will become the smiley whenyou hit the "submit reply"

Or when you type in your "quick reply" at the bottom of the thread screen you could click "go advanced" and then the smiley are on the left of the text entry box.

I dont see any smilies on here anywhere except for the icons for your post

you can also just quick do the code use : and then the code and then : like ot or bo or bs or ro and it works see?

http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/misc.php?do=getsmilies will show you all of the ones available. Next to each picture is the "code" to insert them. You can manually input them or click on the picture. As chpthril said, if you don't see the reply box as shown in the picture when clicking "Go Advanced" talk to Matt or post a screenshot for us.
