Put all your stuff in a cooler and get a new Fridge......Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. THAT'S relativity. Albert Einstein

Mine has the coils inside the freezer side. I take all of the stuff out and removed the back panel inside the freezer. My coils froze and blocked airflow so no cold air was flowing. I used a hair dryer to defrost it.
Not sure if this is the same for you, because my fridge got warm and my freezer stayed cold.

Spharis is thinking the same thing as I am. Start small. Thermostat or controller issue first, wiring issue second.
The worst would be a bad compressor, but that may not be it, since your fridge is cold too.
7 years isn't too old for a freezer, my parents had one that lasted 25+ years."I want to know God's thoughts, the rest are just details"

Cool...those are a little easier to work on; the new stuff is all digitally controlled.
Are you absolutely sure the fridge side is kicking on? It will feel cool for 2 days in there if it isn't opened much. Pull it out from the wall, and see if the compressor is running. If the compressor is running or getting hot, then it is going to be a thermostat or similar problem on the freezer side. If the compressor is not kicking on, but you can hear the relay, then you'll need to replace the compressor relay with a universal one. They cost about $12; if that doesn't work, then it might be compressor, and a repair tech would be in order. Are the blowers running in the freezer and the fridge?http://www.wakeboatworld.com

Freezer Problems
Check the circulation fan. If it goes the freezer will have difficulty.
Check the coils to see if they are iced over. Sometimes the defrosting heaters fail and allow ice to build up.
Check the defrosting heaters on the door seals.
If the refridgerator is working then you have freon circulating. Something is keeping the freezer warm. There is only one compressor and one set of expansion coils. Air is circulated between the freezer and the refridgerator portion and usually the expansion coils are located in the freezer portion and air bled over to the rerfridgerator.
If the unit is more than 10 years old, scrap it and get a new one. When one part breaks the rest are not far behind at that age. A new box will be more efficient.Ray Thompson

Wow, no doubt! What up Ray? Thanks for the insight.
Pulled it out and scoped around, here's what I found. Neither side (fridge or freezer) is cold, internal fans are running, coils were covered in dust (oops ), compressor is hot, fan not running, switch is trying to switch, but nothing happening. You'll get your chance, smart guy.
