Baja racing anyone?

I have heard sand rails are so much fun. My neighbor has 5 quads, and his wife or soon to be rode in a rail and want's one. He asked if he could borow my LS7, and I said NO WAY!!!

he told me I should sell the z, and build one. I think I'll pass. I like it too much.

I see a lot of nice sand rails around here. I'm thinkin' I might "need" one one of these days. After all, I'm only 85 miles from Sand Mountain.

I would love to do one of the 4 day trips ......How much do they run???? Can you take two people in one car or does everyone get their own???

I believe it is about a $1000 per day, but they put you up in hotels and provide all the food. It is two people per car and you can trade off.

We just got off a vacation to Cabo San Lucas and had a blast at this racing track where you can rent baja racers. The speed is governed at 75 mph, but it is plenty fast for the bumpy tight turns and jumps! My wife was holding on for dear life and screamed over each jump, but she enjoyed it as well. If you get a chance to drive one of these- do it! Could one of these be my next toys?

I'm going to Cabo in a month and I really want to race those sand rails.

I have a Couple questions:

1. How much was it for the day, or for one session?

2. Did it hurt your back at all?

I have a couple blown disc's in my lower back and I was wondering how bad the landings felt. It looks like it could be a little rough.
