    Selling my F150 Lariat 4x4-- FULLY LOADED--Sunroof!

Hey guys I'm trading in my 05' F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4. It's fully loaded... sunroof, power sliding rear window, back up sensors. The only option it's missing is the GPS system, which I can add for about $700 if someone wants it. It's got 55K miles... about 90% highway and turnpike miles. 10K miles on tires and brand new brakes. It's two tone, white w/ gold bottom and tan interior.

The dealership has offered me $24K for it for trade in. So if anyone wants it for that, they can have it. Nada and KBB say retail is $26K. Just thought I'd offered it up to you guys, just in case anyone is looking for a new truck.

Great truck! The only thing better would be if it came with a Diesel.

    What are you getting?

I love Fords...and can vouch for their diesel toughness, based on the way the engines work in all our ambulances, but this is kind of disturbing:

Apparently Ford and its engine supplier (Navistar) are trading lawsuits, and Ford is getting out of the cutaway business (98% of ambulances are built on the Ford platform...supoosedly Chevy is trying to take over with a new DuraMax package).

the new ford 6.4 is only on the trucks for 1 year, they have already pulled it due to them loseing powerstokes. So I would not buy one this year.

Yeah well, my Ferd is my every day driver. When I need some torque, I move to the Case Construction King...it'll drag your HD anywhere I tell it to

Of course, I only ever have to drag my boat 10 miles max. Some of you guys have go over hill and dale

You would have to catch me first.

My Pop has a 350 Powerstoke. Not one problem and they drive crap out of that thing. He pulls a giant 5th wheel and also has a huge truck camper that he uses when they tow the jetboat (welded alum. fishing). Not one problem. My boss has almost the identical truck and it has been in the shop more than on the road and all he pulls is a Bu.

You won't be going very far with your rear end lifted off the ground

As for the quality, I've had similar discussions with some folks. I've never had a problem with my truck...not sure why quality isn't consistent across all models. I've heard that the diesels can have issues.

I still want to know why you can't get the same diesel technology found on the new Mercedes Passenger cars to trucks. The engines are really quiet and clean. That would be the nuts!

Your bro didn't have it all tuned up did he? I know so many people that blow their motors by getting their EGT's up to high. That's why the dealerships started cracking down on the tuners.

Of course I say that, but I'll be putting a tuner on mine as well ... albeit, very mildly tuned.

Bone Stock!! Doesn't want to void his warranty. But the thing is the 6.0's really suck or are good.

I have the 7.3 and it's bullet proof, five inche exhauxt, boosted to 20 psi, and chipped and not one problem, at all!! Granted I only use the tow mode on my chip, and not the EXTREME
