How much do you pay to rent your slip?

Thought this would be an interesting comparison. How much are you paying for your slip rental? Just wondering how much slip rental varies by region/lake/etc. Also, what options are you paying for (covered, lift, etc).

I personally don't have a slip (I rent a garage 3 minutes from the ramp for $95/month), however I just heard they are adding 500 more slips to the lake we use, which should help ease the 3-5 year waiting list.

    When I get a slip..... I pay $20 a day.

      28ft slip = $2900 + tax / yr. It comes to around $3100 total/yr.

In Denver, a six month slip rental is $2500. You can only get in the water 4 months out of the six. Otherwise, you need a full 3-4mm wet suit. To add insult to insult, thats what it costs on a tiny little reservoir. (No trailer storage included or storage box) I've got to move somewhere warm!

I'm on a lake in central Virginia and pay $1,900 per year for a covered slip equiped with an electric boat lift. It's worth it to keep the boat like new.

I pay 165 a month for a gated garage type storage. The perimeter of the storage lot is also gated.

Its a little pricier than some other places but its right on the lake and 10 minutes from work and 14 minutes from my house.

Man, I'm missing out on the trailer storage. That is a huge miss for our local marina...
